Excellent for our group of three to stay for a local sporting event. Very clean, good facilities, overall very satisfied.

Location near National Trust Belton House and not too far from A1. Self contained, with driveway. Well equipped kitchen with washing machine and tabs. (no dishwasher) Plenty of washing up liquid. cloths, sponge and teatowel provided. Tea/ coffee salt pepper provided. Comfy beds. Shower was good and hot, miniture tolietries provided. Nice patio area with washing line. Toliet paper provided but minimal - advise to bring additional. Those with additional needs - large thershold step at front door, (didnt check garden step) single glazed door from dining area to kitchen. Stairs to bedrooms are carpeted. Those with mobility difficulties may need to bring bath step and anti slip mat for bath/shower. Nice space understairs suitable for children to have as a den /play space.

The facilities were just what we required. The house was clean and tidy.
