The fine print
On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi. Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

We loved the location. Disappointed with the state of the lounge floor. We all thought it was rather dangerous due to the corners of the laminate flooring sticking straight up. Some of the kitchen cutlery and crockery were dirty but we weren't sure if this was due to the dishwasher or not. We were only left one hand towel between the 4 of us and one of the bath towels was rather thread bare. Check out time is advertised as 11am but we were messaged to say we needed to be out from 10am. Contacted owner about towels and floor on Fridays when we arrived and heard nothing back to date.
