Bob, the owner, was a true gentleman. Had time to show me around and took time out to have a chat. Accommodation was amazing

I had a lovely big double bedroom with a big en-suite bathroom. Everything was spotless. The host Bob met me on arrival and showed me around, and every day texted me to advise the names of fellow guests. Lovely big shared lounge. Nice shared kitchen which was fully equipped and a nice fridge which could also dispense nicely chilled water. Collingham is very nearby with many shops, 2 pubs and an excellent chip shop. It was pleasantly quiet. I will be happy to go back

Bob is very laid back. House is like a home away from home. Great facilities to use i.e. kitchen, laundry, bathroom, living room complete with Sky and Netflix
