Receptionist was very helpful, rooms are a decent size and the reception and corridor areas are kept clean and in good condition. The wardrobe in some of the rooms, an open two sided approach, is helpful and a nice touch. The cleanliness of the bed linen was spot on.

The place was airy and large with the bedroom clean tidy and spacious. It has an excellent restaurant with lovely food Plenty parking spaces and close to Lincoln City Centre staff were very attentive
