The house was beautifully decorated, clean, and well equipped. Bedrooms and communual rooms were very spacious. The host was extremely accommodating with our change of arrival time. Great value for money, I would recommend.

Excellent location for the city centre, just 10 to 15 minute walk to the bistros and restaurants. Easy to drive to property and easy access to other areas of Limousin. Large supermarket(Super U Express) just behind the property, a couple of minutes walk away. A larger Super U is just an easy two minute drive away. Boulangeries/pharmacies and a local market at the end of the street. Mini-market(open until 10pm) just a few minutes away. On street parking, to park directly outside the house, is €9.40 per day using the EasyPark app but free parking is available a couple of hundred metres away. There is a bus which services this road and a railway station near the Super U Express. The ground floor has an open plan living/dinning/kitchen area, WC and a large smart TV. First floor has two large bedrooms, a WC and a shower room. Second floor also two large bedrooms, a WC and a shower room. A cellar where a washing machine and tumble dryer are located. Good Wi-Fi coverage throughout the property.

Our recent stay at the Maison in Limoges was a pleasant experience, marked by the property's charming character and Christophe's attentive approach to management. The excellent location, a quiet residential neighbourhood just 10-15 minutes from the airport, made for a convenient arrival and departure. It was important to arrive on time as Christophe was there to check us in, and shared a significant amount of helpful information, and we appreciated his thoroughness in ensuring we were well-oriented and prepared. We were captivated by the elegant features. High ceilings, ornate mouldings, and classic French windows. Four spacious double bedrooms, each with standard sized double beds, provided comfortable accommodations. The kitchen was exceptionally well-equipped with an array of pots, pans, utensils and appliances. Cleanliness and attention to detail were clearly priorities for Christophe. This gave us a sense of confidence and security during our stay, as his guidance on how to take care of the property was clear and comprehensive. Limoges is a delightful destination, with the Maison's central location providing easy access to a variety of local restaurants, including the highly recommended Boeuf a la Mode and Le Bistrot des Halles. The friendly, welcoming nature of the city's residents added to the charm of our visit. Please remember to leave enough time before your trip to arrange the €800 cash deposit, and you will need to purchase hand soap, dish soap, etc, which can very easily and inexpensively be done at the nearby supermarket but it might just be easier to bring from home. Throughout our stay, Christophe was responsive, meticulous, and attentive. Overall, the Maison proved to be a charming historic home that provided a comfortable base for our exploration of Limoges.
