Far from the historic centre but close to the main highway so very convenient for the self organized excursions with the rented car around the Lemesos area. Building has its own parking places. Apartment is very spacious and very clean. Excellent communication with the agency that manages this property. Whole building is very clean.

The apartment itself was clean, tidy, and comfortable, with a spacious balcony that was a great bonus. However, it lacked basic essentials like salt, oil, and other basic cooking necessities, which would have made the stay much more convenient. Additionally, before check-in, we received a long list of rules by email, which felt a bit unwelcoming. While we understand the need for guidelines, the tone could have been more inviting. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, but small improvements in hospitality and amenities would make it much better.

This area of the city was very nice. There are some shops and bakeries which can be quite useful. Also the place is close to the exit for the highway which helps us reach the other cities of Cyprus very fast. Downtown Limassol is just 10-15 min away from the property. There is a very nice terrace with a good view! I recommend!
