I had a wonderful experience at the Heart Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome. It had unique touches like complementary coffee and water at the bar, and everything was spotlessly clean. The location was perfect—quiet yet close to everything I needed. I’d definitely stay again!

Most probably the best boutique hotel I have ever visited. For this price in UK you get much less quality compared with Heart Hotel. The building , the people , the atmoshere everything was just amazing! I hope to have the chance to revisit in the future. Thank you.

Everything was perfect, the room, the amenities the check in and the people. The hotel is a nice hidden gem in the heart of the city. Owners gave a lot of attention in the small details and this is something that someone can recognize immediately. Definitely I will come back. Thank you !
