The staff were amazing, Luca and all others are the best, for my next trip to Lignano i will again stay at Soraya

The hotel is located near the beach, not on the beach as stated in the description. the staff was nice and the hotel itself should be renovated. the worst is the bathroom. breakfast is poor and you often have to wait for eggs or bread. don't understand that you can't calculate how many guests you have. no food for small children.

It was a nice experience with my family. I was very surprised to see that our room had carpet instead of tiles. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean and comfy.
