Polite and helpful owners. The room was clean and very comfortable. Probably the cleanest looking hotel room Ive stayed in! There was also a mini fridge which was convenient for keeping my water cool.

We liked the cleanliness of the room and bathroom and diverse breakfast (savory food, too). We liked cycling from Lignano Sabbiadoro to Bibione Pineta (two diferent paths) and to Terzo Bacino (In Terzo Bacino there is Trattotia opened until 3 p. m.). We enjoyed the excursion with Nuova Saturno ship to the shell island and Marano Lagunare very much. We liked long walks in the shallow water on the beach.

All was fine, good locality near beach and shops. Room was according the booking.com page.
