Nice atmosphere in this B&B at a very good price for value. Rooms are simple, functional and clean. The breakfast was a festival, delicious and varied. Very welcoming and professional owner. Location is good (free parking zone and still walking distance to the very center). It's also possible to get closer by car to the pedestrian zone, and park free. At least at this period.

I was totally surprised by an owner (or manager?) and other employees - great customer service, friendly attitude, everything possible!! This was an example how this businesses should look like everywhere! One of the best experiences I've ever had within my nomading. Location is great and breakfasts were over my expectations. Room was clean and nice (a little smaller, but for 2 motorbikers with full gear - sufficient). An equipment is enough for the price (fridge, TV, AC, huge bathroom). The beach is like 5 min (slow walk) and you have a beach chair and a parasol included. It's Italy so food is everywhere (and I mean everywhere, 10 steps). I also liked that they allowed us to park our motorcycles behind the hotel and under the stairs (safe spot according to me). If i come back to to Lignano I will definitely choose this hotel again!
