Great apartment. Really comfortable and good for a few nights'stay in Liėge. It is a short walk from the railway station, and you can walk into the city centre or take a bus. Pascal met us at check in. He is an excellent host, happy to give recommendations for the city.

We had two apartments for five nights in La Maison de Chestret, and we were very pleased with the accommodation. I can't imagine there are too many such wonderful places in Liege. We loved the high ceilings, original oak floors, the industrial vibe of the kitchen, and especially that there were books everywhere. It was a bit cold when we arrived, but by the next day it had warmed up beautifully. The bathrooms were spotlessly clean and well equipped with quality products (Clarins), the lounges were full of light and very comfortable. Also, the bedrooms were equipped with quality beds and bedding, and we were able to rest well as a result. Interesting art pieces can be admired in both apartments. The location is great, in the city but also easy to get out onto the highway, and we found a very nice parking garage, at Parc D'Avroy, which was about 300 metres from the house and served excellent for dealing with our car. There are quite a few restaurants within walking distance. I found Pascal to be a delightful host, very responsive and accommodating. Should we return to Liege, we will most definitely book La Maison de Chestret again.
