I don't think the staff could have gone further out of their way to make us feel welcome. We arrived without a car and given the hotel's location, we were a bit stuck. The staff went out of the way to source us bikes and even arranged for one of their friends to drive us to and from town one night. We really fancied pizza one day so the owner picked us up some on his way through town to save us travelling anywhere. I honestly can not recommend the hotel enough. The breakfast was also phenomenal and the pools were beautiful.

Regrettably, the weather did not play according to our expectations in early October and so we could not really enjoy the main attractions of the masseria, i.e., the outdoor swimming pools and the wellness centre. Given these circumstances, we found the relatively high price for the comparatively simple room accommodation less justified. The staff of the masseria has been friendly and the breakfast included in the service was delicious.
