The flat is very good, and owner was welcomming, and explaines to us all on arrival. We got everything we needed. The beech is in a walking distance. Supermarket store is just in front of the flat, and you can cook easily. We also appreatiate the owner gives us key in person, and keeped asking if all is good in the flat. So it is not annonymous accommodation and we are sure if any big problems during the stay, they would be solved promptly. We were little but less happy about beeches and town, how they are clean, so overall ranking is 8, but for accommodation would be 9 for sure. We would not hesitate to come again to the flat.

Everything is perfect! The host is very nice, Loretta welcomed us and explained us detailedly about the apartment. The decorations is exceptional ! The plants and flowers makes the apartment lively. A lot of daylight in the dining and living room. It really feels like home. You can find every essential things like toilet paper, towels, shampoo, kitchen paper etc. in the flat. Loretta also prepared us some little cakes for breakfast. The TV is with a great soundbar. The location is also great, supermarket is just opposite of the building, many restaurants are in walking distance within 15 minutes. It is also close to the Fiumicino Airport, beaches and harbor. Rome city is about 1 hour away with public transport. We wish we could stay longer !
