Immaculate apartment, everything seemed recently renovated. We loved the balcony with sea view. Absolutely everything you could need in the kitchen which was really handy. Margy was fantastic- so friendly and excellent communication.

The location was spot on, close to the beach and everything you need, the host was so sweet and helped us with sightseeing tips in Rome, and left us a bunch of delicious food in the kitchen ❤️ the place was as tidy as it comes and very modern and nice decorated. It was amazing! We had the time of our lives!

Most of all I liked the owner of the apartment. She is a very welcoming and attentive woman. She supported us even before we moved in. We were robbed in Rome and even before our arrival she allowed us to leave her phone number with the police in case the stolen documents were found. She also called in the police office for us and called a taxi for us. It was also very nice that Margaret brought a beach chair for my elderly mother the next morning. The beach umbrella was already in the apartment. Several large grocery supermarkets are within walking distance (7 minets). I would like to note that the housing is not in the very center, but for lovers of the sea and beautiful views this is a plus. In the center, the view to the sea is blocked by restaurants and paid beaches. And in the area in which the apartment is located, you can run along the embankment and enjoy the sea - nothing blocks the view and access to the sea. The beaches were very surprising. Every 200 meters there is a free toilet, shower, sun canopy and lifeguards. Large selection of restaurants and shops for tourists within walking distance. From the balcony you can see a restaurant that looks like an abandoned garage ))) and has the most delicious pasta on the coast! It is 50 meters from the house.

An ultramodern apartment, equipped with everything and with taste. It is close to the sea, you can see the sea from the window and balcony. Very beautiful!
