What a gorgeous place to stay, right on the beachfront, close by to the glorious beach bars and restaurants and right near the action for evening meals and ice cream further into the town. Only 10 minuted to the port with shopping and seafood with very friendly staff, luggage storage and very good wifi

It's an honest option with a reasonable cost-benefit ratio, especially considering the high prices of accommodations near Fiumicino Airport, which are usually very expensive (It only got a 7 because of that — otherwise, it would have been a 5 or 6). The place is clean (the room more so than the common areas), but it's an old building with outdated facilities and several areas in urgent need of maintenance. As someone mentioned in the reviews, it's like a real-life version of The Grand Budapest Hotel (from Wes Anderson movie). I believe it's worth it for a short or one-time stay.
