Flavio is a great host. The property was brilliant - nice bedroom, great kitchen and clean bathroom. Well located in Ostia (near the beach, bars and restaurants). This place has everything you'd need for a great holiday! Would highly recommend.

Flavio it's a great host. We communicate very well, also for some extra money he picked us up from airport around 10 pm in the evening which solved a lot of problems for us. The apartment is clean and well organized, there are two bedrooms (one with extendable couch), kitchen and bathroom, heating system was available as in April it was needed. Also the position is very good, about 5 min walk to Lido Centro train station, to the sea or to Carrefour supermarket.
