The Apartement was perfectly located. 300m to the beach and a lot of nice restaurants in walking distance. We really felt at home after the first day. There was nothing missing in the apartment. The communication with our host was great. We would always return here when we come back to Ostia.

10 stars! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic apartment, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that made me feel right at home. **Location:** The apartment is ideally situated in a vibrant neighborhood, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and public transport. I loved being able to explore the area on foot and discover hidden gems around every corner. **Cleanliness:** The apartment was immaculate! It was evident that the hosts take great pride in maintaining a clean and comfortable space. Everything from the kitchen to the bathroom was spotless and well-organized. **Amenities:** The apartment is fully equipped with everything one could need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had all the necessary appliances, cookware, and utensils, making it easy to prepare meals. The living area was cozy, with a lovely couch and a smart TV for relaxing evenings in. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. **Host:** Valentino and Rosanna were incredibly responsive and attentive, providing detailed information about the apartment and local recommendations. Very clean and practical. Full equipped kitchen, nice beds and matresses. Niec bathroom and washing machines. Nice balcon for sitting and enjoy the coffee from the nespresso machine. Quiet, even if it was very close to the centrum. Central and close to the nice beach. The hosts are very professional, nice and helpfull. Meet and greet was done to a high standard, a tour of the appartment and a nice chat with Valentino. This appartment is top notch and I woukd highly recommend it to anyone. I have stayed in many appartments, both on booking com and with other facilitators, this one is a gem and out of the ordinary. Exceptional!
