Evening check-in is available from 19:00 to 22:00 free of charge.A surcharge of EUR 20 applies for arrivals after 22:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.The shared kitchen requires an additional payment of EUR 5 per room, per day.The shared kitchen is not available in the months of July and August.For health security reasons due to Covid-19, access to the common area for breakfast is staggered according to order of reservation.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

The location was good. Close to Lecce. The breakfast was diverse and the lady who Made the breakfast was really nice. The price/value was fair. It was renovated and comfortable. It had everything we needed including the hair dryer and all the amenities. The owner was really nice and available. He made sure we had all we needed. Always responsive and helpful. It was really clean and well maintained. They made us try a strange fruit which we really liked! They helped us with our questions also outside of BnB.

Nice B&B close to the town center, where you could get to the shops or restaurants in a few minutes. The room was ample and the bed comfortable. There was a desk for the laptop and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Staff was great, very friendly.

Comfortable and clean rooms, very nice breakfast and friendly staff. Easy to park on the street. We liked also the pizzeria in the town.
