If you plan to arrive after 18:00 please notify the residence in advance.For stays from 1 to 3 nights, bed linen and towels are provided. Bed linen and towels change is possible upon request and for an extra charge. End-of-stay cleaning is included in the rate, except for the kitchen area and dishes which must be cleaned by the guests. For stays of 4 nights or more, bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are not included in the rate but are available for an extra charge.Please note that 1 pet can be accommodated per unit, for an extra charge of EUR 12 per day or EUR 65 per week.Please note that the keys are to be collected at the reception Vacanceole located 9 rue de sagnes 38860 Les Deux Alpes.For group bookings (5 units or more) group conditions may apply: prepayment of the total amount at the time of booking and cancellation possible up to 45 days before arrival. Please contact us for further information.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Location great, very clean. Ski lockers were very good with essy acces. Just a few minutes to the Diable ski lift.

Staff were friendly upon check in and the process of signing in and getting your keys was fine. I think the deposit amount was very fair and the rules clearly explained. The apartment itself was a great size, there were 6 of us and we fit comfortably. Used the cooking facilities which were good. Beds were comfortable and a good size. Access to the main building was easy but secure, ski lockers were a great size with boot heaters which was a nice touch. Location was perfect, short walk to all restaurants, opposite ski hire and short walk to the Diable ski lift. I would definitely return here, it was overall a really good stay.
