The fine print
A 6 guest booking includes the foam bed and bedding. If you wish to book 5 guests or less and require the extra foam bed please let us know prior to arrival, charges may be applicable due to extra linen.
No electric fan heaters
Only applicable to monthly bookings: there is a utility energy cap for fair usage of £150 per 30 days. Any usage beyond this will be charged based on meter readings. A deposit of £500 is required upon arrival.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
