The position was perfect. The restaurant Serve served beautiful fresh food and lovely drinks. Staff were great and attentive.

We loved the location and the ambience. Right on the beach and the surf boats were close by to take surfers out to the reef for a small charge. Plenty of options for casual beach dining close by. We ate in the restaurant once and it was fine. Much less expensive and traditional ones a few steps away also. The amenities could be improved. There was never enough beach lounges for guests as the staff rent out the beds to non guests who place their towels on them for the whole day! It was a race in the morning to secure one under an umbrella. Many guests complained numerous times but unless they provide more and cease renting them that will continue. The staff in the restaurant were slow and disinterested at times. Many were being trained I believe. Our room was big, and the king size bed was very comfortable. The water pressure was weak in our shower and twice he had to call maintenance as we had no hot water. The reception staff were lovely and very helpful and were kind to change our departure date. The grounds were kept well maintained and the pool area was a nice oasis and change of scenery. My honest opinion would be it was very good overall for a couple but small changes could make it excellent.
