Didn't have Breakfast, plus thier was no spoon in room for cup of tea , hardly any sugar as well.

Friendliness of the staff . Be better if they had more like a biscuits to go with tea or coffee and more tea and sugar in room. Stayed there alot in the last couple of months as it conveniently situated for M62.
