The apartment was comfortable enough and reasonably well equipped. Key pick up and return from the remote location five minutes walk away was not particularly convenient, especially as check in notes were not sent to me before arrival, so I got to the property only then to learn I had to go somewhere else with all my luggage in tow to get the front door key. There is no onsite reception. The decor was a bit tired inside the apartment, old faded paintwork, damaged sofa fabric, but in a terrible state was the cleanliness of the communal rubbish bin areas downstairs in the basement. This wouldn’t normally get a mention, but house rules require visiting here to take out your rubbish at the end of your stay, after cleaning up your kitchen utensils, despite a fairly large part of the fee being advertised as cleaning costs.

Location, comfort and all the basic amenities you need. Coffee and sugar was available including other cooking necessities - overall a lovely place
