It was an excellent budget stay find. I was almost dubious because the price was much better than other places. Exactly what we needed for a long weekend in Leicester. The deposit I was very wary of as I've never paid a separate deposit on Booking.com. However I can confirm they refunded it same day and no issues. We took a video before and after just in case, as I'm not sure how strictly this is enforced. Communication around this was friendly and professional. Everything was clean and all laid out pretty nicely. Unbelievable amount of space. Really nice for a large group or a family coming to stay. They've gone a good amount of renovation there and it looks good.

Apartment was clean and beautiful, kitchen cabinets very nice. The host was welcoming. Beds, toilets and bathrooms clean. I had a pleasant stay.

The property looks better than the pictures honestly it was so clean and well furnished with cutlery and pans. It was a perfect place to host a get together with a few guests plus the rooms are massive. The host was very understanding and flexible with the check-in time which was very much appreciated! Will definitely host another party in this place again.
