I come over from Hong Kong with over 13 hours flight time. I don't receive the message for collecting the keys. Upon arrival, I don't have the details of location of the premises. Taxi driver was unable to drop me off close to the location. Call the service centre in UK, the lady refused to give me the name, and the address of the premises. She said she could not give me details over the phone as my contact number was not UK mobile number. I walked a long distance with my luggage to buy a UK mobile SIM card and call her again, but she didn't answer the call. The email to me regarding the location and collection of keys were received after an hour.

Cozy studio, just a few minutes from city center. Enjoyed my stay. Owners are so helpful. I would stay again for sure.

My daughter and I attended an open day at De Montfort University. The room is right next door. Clean room and bathroom and very comfortable bed
