We really enjoyed our stay at this charming property. The location is fantastic and right beside a beautiful park with a cafe. It’s close to Leeds city centre and Otley Road. The area feels peaceful and green, with a lovely outside garden space beside a gentle brook.

Needs a few curtains on small windows why so many lights/ lamps . Tv a challenge but sorted by mornin. view of football field that failed to be doggy day care centre hence building site fencing

Lovely place,well equipped and comfortable in a nice leafy suburb but close to the shops and bars plus headingley will definitely be back
