Quiet family location with lots of parking. Very comfortable facilities. Great ease of access to the M1 motorway and Leeds city centre . We had a car so drove into Leeds and York from this location and it was great. Would recommend and definitely stay again if we were in the area. Thank you for having us

The property is very welcoming and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable, the living room was comfortable, just all of it was great! Really clean throughout. It was big enough for the 3 of us who stayed there. The host is incredibly responsive and accommodating.

The house was immaculate and had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We loved the facilities and had a great time cooking and chilling out here. The location is also ideal. We would highly recommend staying here and would definitely come back.
