The fine print
Please note that in winter the property can only be reached by cable car from Lech (not by car). The cable car to Oberlech and the hotel operates non-stop from 07:00 to 01:00.If you arrive with your own car, it is necessary to contact the hotel well in advance to reserve a compulsory garage parking space. On your arrival, you will receive a ticket for the “Anger” underground car park prepared in an envelope at the valley station of the Oberlech Cable Car. In this envelope you will also find the tickets for the first cable car ride up to Oberlech.Your luggage will be put into a container at the cable car station and delivered to your hotel room.

In a nutshell, Hotel Bergkristall offered us not only two nights of comfort and relaxation beyond compare, but the attention to detail and the empathy with which the staff connect with the guests made our stay truly memorable. Special thanks to the Wrann family and all the staff. We look forward to a return visit.

1. The hotel staffs were very helpful to move our room from 2nd floor to top floor, which has reduced the noise 2. when I had a little accident, the hotel staff was very kind ot offer ice bag very timely. 3. The food is always great 4. The Spa is wonderful 5. the location is great, ski to door!

Hotel location is exceptional, the view from my room was heavenly. Breakfast offered a great choice, dinners were gourmet-cooked. I felt welcome, taken care of and at home. I am especially grateful to Stefan and Victoria from the reception and Ratko from the restaurant. I don‘t know the name of the man who brings guests and their luggage to the cable car station, but I am extremely happy that he exists.

I travel for work a lot and this hotel ranks amongst the best. Everything in this hotel is executed brilliantly from the food to the service.
