My stay at the hotel was truly exceptional — one of the best experiences I've ever had. Every detail reflected warmth, care, and a genuine passion for hospitality. The property itself is stunning, a beautiful blend of history and thoughtful restoration, with every corner telling a story. A very special thank you to the owner, whose kindness and attention made my visit unforgettable. They went above and beyond to cater to my dietary needs, and took the time to share the rich history of the place and all the love and effort that went into bringing it to life. It was more than just a stay — it felt like being welcomed into a home full of heart.

The palazzo had been refurbished and was stunning. Staff and owner extremely helpful and we were very well looked after. Location was fabulous.

This was the most beautiful, art filled hotel I has ever stayed in. Literally ever item in the hotel was thoughtful and beautiful. We felt honored to be in such a beautiful place (hotel doesn’t make sense - it is more like a large divine private Villa

Amazing property, with spa, just in the historical center. Offering pass on debarking the luggages, parking service and even transport to the car on rainy days. Can prepare breakfast for to go & facilitate smoothing things all around. Exceptional stuff, beyond words.
