The fine print
This property does not have air conditioning.-Dogs allowed, $60 for one pet and $120 for two pets max . No more than 2 dogs and must not be larger than 50lbs each. Cannot leave pet unattended in the unit unless crated. Large dog crate available.

-There is a long term renter on the first floor, please be mindful of this.
-Parking is in front of the main gate or in driveway, not on the street. No more than 2 cars allowed per booking.
- Because the entrance to the house includes external stairs, please be careful of snow and ice. The property management team clears the stairs and deck, but just in case, you can also use the available ice melt and snow shovels as needed for your early morning excursions after a storm.Altitude sickness is real. In Leadville/ Twin Lakes, the elevation can be up to 10,000 feet. Symptoms can include dizziness and nausea, so please be mindful of this. We cannot offer refunds for guests experiencing altitude sickness. If you anticipate being affected, we recommend obtaining insurance at the time of booking.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
