Situated walking distance from Le Mans historic area and town centre close to the river. Very quiet location and comfortable apartment with a well stocked fridge.

well appointed for a short of long stay including washing machine etc. Excellent self-service breakfast with large choice including cold meats and cheese in the refrigerator and, a nice and welcoming touch, a couple of cold beers with replacements after consumption.

An extremely well appointed suite of rooms with fully equipped kitchen, washing machine etc in the old part near the historic cathedral and restaurants; nice touches such as beers and tonic water in the fridge, massive choice of cereals etc for breakfast with cold meats and cheese
