A very calm and cozy place. Clean and comfortable. It’s close to markets and restaurants by car. This is a great choice if you want to visit Colmar and Strasbourg, as the property is located between these beautiful cities. I would also like to mention our host. She was very kind and helpful, especially with our check-in and check-out times. Don’t forget to ask her if she still has her special Noël jam!

Amazing atmosphere! Calm, peaceful and great! Beautiful nature around. Beautiful, big room, with an amazing view! Very friendly owner and her family so sweet! You feel like you are at home and that you are always welcome here. She advices a lot what to see and was there to help with anything. Delicious breakfast with a homemade bread and all products were local! Thank you for making our vacation so special! We for sure will come again!

Breakfast was good and included delicious homemade items - bread, cake, jams and yoghurt. Justine is an excellent hostess and very helpful. The property is in a very peaceful location but well situated for touring the area

La Maison d’Ange is in the most beautiful location, and we were lucky enough to have visited while Le Hohwald was blanketed with snow. The major areas of Alsace are easily accessible by car, but we preferred the authenticity of Le Hohwald! The room was perfect, large and clean with thoughtful touches. Our hosts were incredible, very welcoming and always willing to have a chat, and breakfast each morning was so beautiful with homemade or locally sourced foods. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back again.
