A beautiful apartment, well located for Boucanet and Grau du Roi. Everything you'd need for a comfortable stay, and Joelle was the perfect host.

Excellent base to enjoy the area. You are very close (5 min walk) to Boucanet Beach which is very beautiful, golden sand, and relatively quiet. On the way to the beach is a small shop. Directly on the other side of the property is a nature reserve where you can make a nice walk, particularly once you cross the road that cuts through it. Le Espiguette is the star beach of the region in my view, there is a naturist part you may find attractive if you are into that. For good coffee and healthy food, I recommend Alma in La Grande Motte. The house is very comfortable, we particularly enjoyed the deck which has sliding doors on either side. The house has two bedrooms upstairs and the bathroom, toilet and living room downstairs, which is very handy if you and your company have different rythms. There is even a fence on top of the stairs, keeping your small kids safe.

Great localization near beach. Place was clean, well equipped, dogs are welcome. Nice view from the balcony. Amazing and helpful owner, allowed an early check in.

Excellent location 5 minutes walk to the beautiful beach. If you bring your dog there is a park directly opposite for walks. The apartment was very well equipped, comfortable spotlessly clean and so peaceful. For the car there is a private parking space.
