The fine print
Uniquement en formule Location de la Maison : lorsque la maison ( jardins et piscine) est louée intégralement, des frais de 160€ pour le ménage complet sont appliqués frais de 20€/chambre pour le linge de maison/bains. Ces frais sont forfaitaires.
Only in case of House rental: when the house ( garden and swimming pool) is rented in its entirety, a charge of 160€ for complete cleaning is applied a charge of 20€/room for linen/baths. These charges are all-inclusive.Un dépôt de garantie d'un montant de €1300 est demandé à l'arrivée. Il devra être payé par carte de crédit. Le remboursement devrait être effectué dans les 5 jours suivant votre départ. Le dépôt de garantie vous sera entièrement remboursé par virement bancaire, si aucun dommage n'a été constaté par l'établissement. (voir les Conditions Générales de Vente de notre établissement)
A deposit of €1300 is required on arrival. This must be paid by credit card. The refund should be made within 5 days of departure. The deposit will be fully refunded by bank transfer, if no damage has been noted by the establishment. (see our General Terms and Conditions of Sale).
