We ended up staying here for three nights when our flight home was cancelled. We were really pleasantly surprised as it probably wouldn't have been somewhere I would have booked usually. The resort is a little older but it was great value for money compared to Denarau. We ended up in the three bedroom villa with its own pool for half the cost of what we paid for a small two bed apartment in Denarau. The villa we had was well maintained and up to date - some of the other accommodation options may be a bit dated so it does depend what you book. The staff are lovely and the place has a nice, relaxed vibe. Some of the facilities are a bit dated but that didn't really matter. There are kayaks to borrow to explore the reef. We watched one of their Warrior shows which was great fun. The bar/restaurant by the beach is very nice in the evening under the lights. We ended up having a lovely couple of days here chilling out. You can also go to the next door marina which has a nice bar and coffee stop.

Beautiful tropical gardens, lots of room to spread out, authentic buildings with character. Menu like an Aussie pub. Very comfortable bed.
