Everything is superb from check-in to check-out, especially customer service. No need to specifically mention the location as the hotel is located in heavenly place with beautiful views throughout our stay. I missed to ask his name, guy in front office is very kind and supportive. In last day its heavily raining and we stuck up with kid, guy offered us the raincoats and it's highly appreciated and heartwarming. Will highly recommend this stay for everyone who visits Lauterbrunnen.

It is located right in the heart of Lauterbrunnen. The shared toilets, showers, kitchen were kept clean all the time. The staff was super friendly & helpful.

Very lovely hostel. The staff is super friendly and the rooms are cosy. There is a well-equipped kitchen, so you can cook your own meals. Lies in the heart of Lauterbrunnen, so location could not be better.
