our room was PURE PERFECTION and the staff was super friendly. the location right next to the metro (free of charge since the ticket is offered by the hotel) is ideal.

The hotel and its staff were very busy entertaining and accommodating the Spanish National soccer team. This way the other guests were a bit overseen in terms of service and attention. Also I had the impression they were understaffed especially during breakfast. The AC in our room was not working at all so that was a real bummer for a 5 star hotel of this price range, that is unacceptable.
