Fabulous reception by the staff very welcoming,a bonus was the free transport voucher,free drink Room had everything we needed and was very quiet Breakfast had an excellent selection,it was good value compared to prices elsewhere Location is excellent right next door to Metro Station Lausanne Flon,gets you into old town and Cathedral plus in opposite direction Lake,very quickly Tip if arriving by train to main station Metro Station is across road and it saves you a long climb on foot

Good check-in with very friendly staff. The bar offers great cocktails, and the hotel's central location—right next to a major metro station—is a huge plus! Despite the lively bar downstairs, my room was remarkably quiet and comfortable, making it perfect for my business trip to Lausanne.

Location was brilliant, staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was small but perfect for us, ear plugs and other essentials stocked even a travel plug in the room. We loved the Panettone and water available in the room. Room was clean and beds so comfy. Brilliant location for exploring Lausanne. It was great having the free transport around the city , we mainly used the metro. Great location for the Christmas Market
