An absolutely kind, friendly and helpful staff. The location is perfect if you need to be close to the train station, the hotel is located in a surprisingly calm place with no disturbing noises during the night.

The hotel was conveniently located near a metro stop and main train station. The art is so beautiful in the hotel and the room I had was lovely, spacious and modern.

Great position near the station. Tourist tax means free transport within Lausanne. Comfortable room, staff very helpful.
