Natalie was a great greeter and even to the local wildlife we’re trying to get a room I felt comfortable that they were able to look after me. I slept comfortably waking early to hear the neighbours, thin walls.

This place is perfect for business people, is a comfortable place, with a perfect ubication, near downtown, near supermarkets, near the bus station. I will stay here on my next trip.

Wi-fi worked and was free. Check in was smooth. Staff was friendly, helpful, and efficient. Room had a kitchenette. I used the refrigerator so I didn't have to fetch ice, which was offered at check in. Room was clean. Towels were luxurious. Air conditioner worked although I couldn't figure out how to raise the temperature setting from 72 to 78 (I don't mind it warm.) TV quality was good.

The people at the reception were very nice and lent me a charger for my phone. The room unexpectedly had a fancy kitchen, the shower also had a fancy design.
