The location was excellent. For us it couldn’t have been better because we were looking to stay somewhere to surf and near surf schools. There were several to choose from within walking a few metres from the flat. The beach was next to the flat. We could hear the soothing sound of the waves from our bedroom during the night. Several supermarkets were within walking distance. Excellent restaurants, shopping mall and a renowned opera house were all within walking distance. Juan was an excellent host. Even though we arrived rather late in the evening he was waiting for us to meet in person to give us the keys. There is also a key box but it was lovely meeting him. He was very prompt in getting back if we needed anything. As our return flight was on New Year’s Day Juan organised a taxi for us which arrived on time. We had an excellent experience staying in the property so we want to go back again.
