Spacious, bright, extremely clean apartment, equipped with everything necessary, in an area without restaurants/terraces around (so quiet at night), close positioned to the bus station and the beach (6 min walk). Hot water provided both by the Cyprus specific system (solar panels) and by electric heating. Spacious bathroom with window. There are also adapters for the socket in the apartment. Throughout our stay we had a personal assistant, Zoe, very kind, who took care of ensuring our comfort. Thank you, Zoe!

The location was perfect, but the other site of the building there is a renovation on the building,which is quit loud...we weren't so happy with that..

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in the heart of Larnaca! The location is ideal – everything you could possibly need, from shops to restaurants to the beach, is within walking distance. Despite being so centrally located, the street itself is peaceful and quiet, making it a perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. The apartment itself was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The kitchen had all the necessary amenities, making it easy to prepare meals whenever I wanted. The space was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, creating a relaxing atmosphere for my entire stay. What truly made this stay exceptional was the staff. They were incredibly helpful, friendly, and responsive, making sure I had everything I needed and offering great local tips. The self-check-in process was smooth and easy, and from the moment I arrived, the staff was available and attentive, always ready to help with anything I needed. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. This apartment offers both comfort and convenience, and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay truly special. Highly recommend!
