Everything is absolutely new, modern, and very comfortable. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 excellent bathrooms, as well as 3 large terraces. The appliances are top-level; it feels like we are among the first guests in this multi-story building. Basically, each floor is one apartment, and the elevator is a modern hotel-style one. There’s plenty of hot water. There’s even a drinking water tap in the kitchen. The apartment is spacious, with 3 inverter air conditioners. The internet is extremely fast and stable.

Nice little apartment in a good location, easy to walk to coffee shops etc and a very close drive to restaurants and more

Nice flat with three terraces. Many amenities on site, good air conditioning. 900m to the beach. We had a wonderful time in Larnaca.

* We were given (via email) clear and precise instructions how to access the apartment from the airport. * Although check in is at 15:00, the keys were waiting for us when we reached a little before 14:00, which was just fantastic. * Several shops and even a mini supermarket were within walking distance. * There are a couple of halal restaurants nearby. * One branch of the chain Zorbas Bakery was just across the street. * Kitchen was well equipped with proper silverware and appliances. * Towels and toiletries were provided. We were even provided with laundry powder for the washing machine. * The apartment was as per picture.
