The location is great if you want to be in the centre of Larnaka. The apartment is just in the heart of the city. Great restaurants and the beautiful beach are just next to your place. The owners are very polite and the communication with them is flawless.

This a great place to stay that is affordable and is located in a strategic position from which it is very easy to visit the main points of interest in Larnaca. The apartment was well equipped and clean. The manager welcomes you with great professionalism, courtesy and also offers lots of very valid advice. Beautiful experience! I recommend.

This was our 2nd time staying at Alex apartment.We are very happy to find this accomodation-clear,spacious,woth amazing location near the beach,taxi and bus station,a lot of restaurants...See view is priceless,especially in the morning,but also at evening.Alex and Martha are very professional,communication is easy and moreover-they provided a lot of useful information,asked about stay...So they are not just like others,they take care about their guests,and that is the reason we want to stay again here (3rd time).
