All the reviews I've read before to book this apartment were 100% true : the location is excellent ( near to the beach, with a impressive view of the see-day-night (you can't believe until you will see !! ), the structure of the apartment is very comfortable-you have all you need ( to cook, to wash your clothes, air-conditioning, separate bedroom, TV, warm water,etc). The apartment is 3th floor ( nice view ) , with elevator, in a building near to the taxi station, opposite to the bus station and in a street with a lot of excellent restaurants ( with differrent specific -fish, seafood,ciprus speciality, pizza, McDonals, KFC, gelateria, excellent coffee & goodies .) Very close there are many shops , all brands -you can buy everything. I much appreciated Alex' help to accomodate much earlier as check-in hour ( 9 am ) and keep our luggage until end in the afternoon ( late flight ) . I completely reccomend this Alex locations ( he had 4 apartments in the same floor -for different needs ) and will recommend also my sun and his family. It was really lovely and one of my best vacantion ! Many thanks !

The hosts were very friendly and eager to provide us with all the information we needed. The view and the location are both amazing! Very spacious apartment for 2 people

The location, across the road from the beach and the generous balcony were excellent. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. We were very grateful to be able to stay later in the day for a fee. Appreciated the washing machine, the lift to the 3rd floor, good air conditioning and full size fridge. There is a bus stop across the road, shops and restaurants surrounded you so there is an abundance of choice for meals.

The location right next to the beach and close to the centre, shops and historical sights. The view from the balcony is beautiful, you can watch sunrise over the sea.
