I like the windows on the rooftop and you can see a broad, clear and great view outside. Bed was quite comfy, and there was a induction cooker and a little fridge in the room which was handy.

I arrived and my room had been double booked. The staff put me onto the manager who resolved the issue by moving me to a better room. They didn’t have to do this but they went above and beyond for me. Perfect staff

Very central but quiet, lovely touches, so clean and when I had a problem with the tv they sorted it right away, staff were amazing
