The cleanliness of the property, the super quick response time of the hosts, the lovely decor and the comfortable beds. The hosts left us milk, tea, coffee, biscuits and a lovely box of chocolates. This was truly appreciated as we had things to snack on before we went grocery shopping. Also, they were kind enough to receive a number delivered packages on my behalf before I arrived.

A beautiful house in a quiet location, but easily accessed from the motorway. Very convenient for the canal, the river, North Lancaster and the Lakes. Really friendly and helpful owners.

Everything was perfect! Clean, stylish decor, comfy beds, quiet location, big TV, lounge, dining room, back garden and everything we needed for a short 3 night stay! Tea, coffee, long life milk, biscuits and even a small box of chocolates were left for us. The hosts (Michelle & Matt) were very responsive and accommodating. We honestly couldn't fault it and would definitely stay there again if the need arises.
