Staff very helpful in helping arrange transport (car hire and scooter rental) and providing information on tours. Spacious room- balcony with sea view- need to be able to climb steps as no elevator at this time. Buffet breakfast was limited. Hotel is currently having some renovations which didn't disrupt our stay. Lovely pool area overlooking beautiful Lamai beach (quiet location). Pool service for drinks and snacks. Able to walk to restaurants along beach or a 1.5km walk into town along road.

The Hotel is next to the beach but has very little beach chair available (just a couple chairs available). I was envied the hotel next to us name 4U Resort. They have plenty of white beach chairs stand by on the beach. I'm stay on April 2025 and have received an upgrade because hotel seems to be under renovate at the time and my room type is not available. Breakfast is fair enough nothing fancy.

The staff was very very kind and helpful although some of them struggled with English but they still tried. The location was great for a relaxing holiday at the beach. There is also free shuttle to Lamai night market. The rooms are big and comfortable.The beach was almost empty at times so it’s very relaxing.
