Really lovely villa, very well furnished and great supply of kitchen equipment and change of bedding (if you wished to use it, we did not see the need for clean sheets/towels over one week).

We had a great time at this amazing rental house with our family of four, including two kids aged 6 and 9. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, like a well-stocked kitchen and laundry facilities. The pool was the best part of our trip, and it was even better than we expected. The house also had lots of fun games for our kids to enjoy indoors and outdoors. The owners were really nice and helped us with any questions we had, showing us Greek hospitality at its best.

Location is great ..very easy to get there yet quite. The overall appearance and the making of the property is very appealing - terrace with sun shades and BBQ, another terrace to enjoy the coffee in the morning (not exposed to the sun) and a sun downer when it is not that hot anymore. Since Sea Breeze is not only the name but as well an experience you can have your dinner outside in the very calm environment. The "breeze" is also nice during the night so you can sleep nicely even without air-condition (although it is there in all rooms - living room/kitchen and two bedrooms).The pool is not too big but always clean and more than sufficient for refreshing during the day or the first dive in the morning. Obviously the location is not just next to the beach but in walking distance. There are two houses on the area but they don't disturb each other because of the evergreen hedges all over. The house is very clean and everything to keep it clean is available. Parking lot is huge .. so even if you come with more than one car you will find space. It is worth thinking to come with a bigger family, or parents or friends and just occupy both houses. Overall you feel very welcomed since the kitchen and the fridge is loaded with everything you may (in Greece) and also don't necessarily expect and just fine for the first two days. There is one restaurant in walking distance and many more in Kattavia, Lachania and Gennadi (where you will find an excellent "local" super market and other shops for grocery).

It was simply fantastic. I thought long and hard about what could be criticized about the accommodation, but I couldn't come up with anything. A beautiful traditional house, which may not be huge, but it has everything it should have. Well-equipped, stunning views, the sea just a short walk away, and great owners. We had a wonderful vacation here, I highly recommend it!
