That the managing team responded very quickly to our demands (additional equipment needed, problem in the bathroom) Quiet neighbourhood with lots of rental units One of the cheapest lodging options in Lake Tekapo

Clean and tidy. Asking us to use bathroom to wash dishes is quite unhygienic and frankly, unheard of!! There was no salt, pepper, or coffee/tea. No laundry, no dishwasher, We booked for 5, enough space and rooms, BUT, although not required for the single day we booked, the plates and crockery supplied is okay for only three!! For the price we paid, it should at least make one feel that the host is thinking about the guests... after all, how much does an extra setting for two to three people cost... especially, since, it lasts for ages!!
